• All products are thoroughly checked by our staff for quality assurance purposes prior to posting to ensure there are no defects. However if you believe the product has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, please contact Ruby’s Boutique at within 48 hours of receipt. Please include a picture of the item you received in the email.
  • If available, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost. If a replacement item is not available, store credit is the default return resolution.
  • All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Returns are not offered unless the item is defective, or you receive an incorrect item or a size you didn’t order.
